Who we are
El Gibor Power Consultancy exists because most businesses do not have a compliance problem. They have a capacity problem. The obligations are known; nobody has the time to work them to a schedule.
Our position
Three things, and we would rather be judged on them than on adjectives.
Straight answers. If a position is uncertain, we say it is uncertain and set out the range. If the exposure is worse than you hoped, you hear the number rather than a softened version of it.
Written scope. Nothing starts on a verbal mandate. You get the scope, the fee and the split between catch-up work and ongoing work before we open a file.
Work on a schedule. Compliance fails on dates, not on complexity. We hold the calendar and we work to it.
How that shows up
Your filing calendar is built on day one and worked to. You hear from us before a due date, not after it.
Late submissions and unreconciled accounts are where penalties come from. We close both gaps.
Management accounts with commentary, so you can act on the figures instead of just filing them.
Statutory pack maintained and ready the day a bank, funder or tender asks for it.
Payment arrangements and recovery plans built around what your business can actually carry.
A named consultant who knows your file, not a queue and a reference number.
Our mission
To remove compliance from the list of things that keep an owner awake, by treating returns, filings, records and recoveries as scheduled work rather than as emergencies.
It is a deliberately modest ambition. Businesses rarely fail because their tax planning lacked imagination; they get hurt by penalties, lapsed registrations and debtor books nobody looked at for two years.
Who we work with
A large share of our clients are close corporations and owner-managed companies where the founder is still doing the admin personally. The scope is smaller than a corporate; the statutory obligations are identical.
How we work
A short, free conversation to establish what you actually need and whether we are the right fit for it.
We examine the current position (filings, records, balances) and tell you plainly where you stand.
A written scope separating once-off remedial work from ongoing monthly work, with fees stated upfront.
We do the work to an agreed calendar and report on it, so you always know what has been lodged and what is next.
The people
Not a queue, a ticket number and a fresh explanation every time you call.

Before you ask
Both. A large share of our work is with owner-managed businesses and close corporations, where the founder is still doing the admin personally. The scope is smaller; the compliance obligations are not.
Ongoing work is a monthly retainer based on transaction volume and the number of statutory submissions. Once-off and remedial work is quoted separately so you can see exactly what is catch-up and what is routine. Nothing starts before you have the scope in writing.
Yes. It exists so both sides can decide whether the engagement makes sense. If your problem is outside what we do, we will say so and point you somewhere more useful.
Routinely. We request the handover pack, reconcile the opening position and tell you if anything is missing before we take responsibility for it.
No. Most of the work (records, submissions, payroll, correspondence) runs remotely, so location is rarely the constraint. We arrange in-person meetings where a file genuinely needs one.
Client information is accessed only by the consultants assigned to your file, and we do not discuss or disclose client affairs to third parties without your written instruction.
The first consultation is free. Send us your details and we will come back within one business day.
