Kandeshi Capital, a privately owned investment company, was founded in 2003 with a special focus on acquisitions.

The company’s journey began with the creation of the cartoon strip Ndeshi and Jakes, which first appeared in the Namibian newspaper in 1999. Since 2003, we have expanded our services to include graphic design, marketing, and publishing.

In 2010, we achieved a significant milestone by purchasing our first rental property. This marked the beginning of our involvement in real estate, which has since grown to encompass architectural drafting, construction, and property management.

Since our inception, we have been actively acquiring small businesses and properties. Starting in 2010, we began accepting external capital to fuel our growth. Our typical strategy involves holding a property or business for no longer than 10 years. We have consistently delivered annual returns that exceed private market rates to our investors.
